Refunds and Returns

General Shipping info:
All confirmed orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on shipping option chosen.

For International orders, customers may need to pay additional shipping and import fees to receive the package depending on the country.
Please double check your delivery address to ensure that it’s being shipped to the correct location. We’re unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, or if the package is lost or stolen.

 

Changes & Cancellations:
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us HERE with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to an order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.

 

Damaged Shipments:
Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Due to these production processes and the use of all-natural ingredients, slight differences in size, smell, color or consistency are possible from batch to batch.

However, if your order arrives damaged (broken container, leaking, etc.), please contact us HERE with your order number and photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving the package for further assistance.

 

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us HERE within 3 days of receiving the package for further assistance.

 

Refunds:
If your case is approved for a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that funds may take a few days to become available depending on your bank and credit card companies.
